We conduct a thorough structural audit of the existing space, identifying load-bearing walls, plumbing stacks, and electrical constraints.
CONCEPT
We develop a material palette and spatial layout that balances beauty with practicality, presenting mood boards and 3D conceptual massing.
DEVELOP
Every piece of custom joinery is drawn down to the hinge. We finalize all finishes, fixtures, and furniture specifications.
CONSTRUCT
Our master carpenters and civil contractors execute the design under our strict supervision, ensuring the highest quality of finish.
CULTIVATE
We ensure everything functions perfectly as you settle in, and remain available for support long after the final handover.
